Steps to Apply

Thank you for your interest in our BAS programs.  Please review the following tools available to guide you through the application process.

Entry Requirements

Associate degree in health (or 90 college level credits) or Associate degree (or 90 college level credits) in another subject with 1 year of healthcare experience.

Students may be admitted to the program, but must complete the following lower division courses with an earned grade of C or higher prior to taking 300 level CHP courses:

  • ENGL& 101 - English Composition 1
  • MATH 136 - Inferential Statistics or MATH& 146 - Introduction to Statistics

Financial Aid 

As you prepare for potential acceptance into the CHP BAS program, we encourage you to plan for funding of your degree.  Make sure you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov. Our school code is 003796.  It is very important that you complete your FAFSA using accurate information.

Transcripts

Applicants must upload unofficial transcripts of all colleges as part of the application process.  If accepted to the program, the unofficial transcripts will be used to develop a draft educational plan. 

Accepted students must submit official transcripts to TCC no later than 6 weeks after acceptance to the program. Changes to the draft academic plan may be required after official transcripts have been reviewed by the Credential Evaluators.
